연구실 소개
이은희 교수의 연구실은 간호 인력의 이탈 문제와 환자 안전을 핵심 축으로 삼아, 신규 간호사의 이직 원인 분석과 간호 인력 구성, 간병 환경 요인의 영향을 다룹니다. 특히 간호사의 정서적 회복력, 근무 환경, 환자 관리의 경제적 부담 등 다각적 요소가 간호 인력 유지와 환자 안전에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고 있습니다. 또한 고령화 사회에서의 골다공로시 골절 등 의료비 부담 문제에 대해서도 사회 전반의 시각에서 경제적 영향을 평가하고 있습니다.
