연구실 소개
이은희 교수의 연구실은 약물의 물리화학적 특성과 안정성을 극대화하기 위한 다형성 제어 및 신약 개발 기반 기초 연구를 중심으로 전개됩니다. 특히 약물의 다형체 형성 원리, 열역학적 안정성 평가, 그리고 첨가제를 활용한 다형체 유도 기법에 대한 심층적 연구를 수행하며, 약물의 생체 이용률 향상과 안정성 확보에 기여하고자 합니다. 또한, 폐 섬유화 및 피부 노화 관련 질환에 대한 치료제 개발을 위한 생체모방적 나노소재 설계 및 약물 전달 시스템 개발도 함께 진행하고 있습니다.

We obtained a new metastable packing polymorph of donepezil, designated as form K, epitaxially grown on substrate crystals of the more stable form F, or solely by increasing the concentration.
