연구실 소개

이은호 교수의 연구실은 첨단 제조 공정에서의 재료 거동 예측과 실시간 제어를 핵심으로 하며, 특히 스탬핑 공정에서 발생하는 균열 및 탄성복귀 문제를 해결하기 위해 시트 금속의 기계적 성질을 비파괴 검사 기반으로 정밀하게 예측하는 기술을 개발하고 있습니다. 또한, 나노스케일에서의 자가조직화 구조(예: 헥사곤형 구조를 가진 메조상태) 형성 거동과 표면 상호작용 메커니즘을 원자력현미경 및 전자현미경을 활용해 규명하고 있으며, 소성변형의 물리적 기초를 수립하기 위해 에너지 소산 불평형 조건을 기반으로 한 구성방정식 수립에 주력하고 있습니다.
