연구실 소개
김은경 교수의 연구실은 초음파 영상 기반의 갑상선 및 유방 질환 진단에 중점을 두고 있으며, 특히 유방암 및 갑상선암의 조기 진단을 위한 인공지능 기반 진단 알고리즘 개발과 생체내에서의 세포 반응 메커니즘 규명을 주요 연구 방향으로 삼고 있습니다. 특히, 초음파 영상 분류 체계(BI-RADS)의 정확도 향상과 함께, 세침주 생검에서의 타로글로불린 농도 측정을 통한 암 전이 탐지 기법도 함께 개발하고 있습니다. 또한 류마티스성 관절염에서의 비정상적 섬유아세포의 사멸 저항성 메커니즘에 대한 분자 생물학적 연구도 진행 중입니다.
