연구실 소개
반은미 교수의 연구실은 당뇨병 관련 병변, 특히 당뇨성 발저림의 치유 메커니즘을 밝히는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 미크로RNA(microRNA)의 생물학적 기능과 그 조절 메커니즘을 통해 만성 상처 치유를 향한 새로운 치료 전략을 개발하고 있으며, 이를 위해 동물 모델과 분자 생물학적 분석을 융합한 연구를 수행합니다. 또한, 천연물 소재의 약리적 효과를 극대화하기 위한 약물 전달 시스템 개발과 고감도 생체분석 기술(예: Capillary Electrophoresis)을 활용한 바이오마커 탐색도 함께 진행하고 있습니다.
