본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 직업경험과 구직효능감 간의 관계에서 자기주도성의 조절효과를 살펴보고, 청소년의 구직효능감 증진 방안 모색을 위한 기초자료를 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 한국청소년패널조사(KYPS)의 중2패널 4차년도(고등학교 2학년)와 6차년도 자료(대부분 대학교 1학년)를 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과를 살펴보면, 청소년의 구직효능감은 직업경험 중 진로준비행동이 증가할수록 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 6차년도에서 청소년의 직업경험 중 진로준비행동과 구직효능감 간 관계에서 자기주도성의 조절효과가 통계적으로 유의미하였으며, 자기주도성이 높은 집단에서 진로준비행동과 구직효능감 간 정적 관계가 더욱 강하게 나타났다. 이는 청소년의 직업경험이 구직효능감의 상승이라는 긍정적 영향을 가져오도록 하기 위해서 청소년들이 자기주도성을 발현할 수 있도록 진로교육의 변화 및 제도적 개선을 해야 함을 의미하는 것이다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 하여, 진로설계 및 직업준

본 연구는 유아 흡연예방교육을 위해 시범 적용한 교사 교육프로그램의 효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하 다. 연구의 대상은 전국 유아교육기관 교사 242명이며, 프로그램의 시범적용은 2016년 11월 1일부터 11월 25일에 실시되었다. 프로그램의 효과를 살피기 위해 사용된 설문지는 교사의 지식, 태도, 실천을 측정하는 문항으로 구 성되어 있으며, 관련문헌을 바탕으로 연구진이 제작하다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 교사 교육프로그램은 교 사의 유아 흡연예방교육의 지식, 태도, 실천 수준을 모두 향상시켰다. 둘째, 프로그램의 효과를 교사의 개인변인 별로 살펴보면, 교사 교육프로그램은 교사의 학력, 경력에 상관없이 지식, 태도, 실천 수준을 향상시켰다. 셋째, 교사의 기관변인별로 살펴보면, 교사 교육프로그램은 기관유형과 교사의 담당학급에 상관없이 지식, 태도, 실천 의 수준을 향상시켰다. 본 연구의 결과는 개발된 교사 교육프로그램이 교사의 개인변인 및 기관변인과 상관없이 유아흡연예방교육에
