연구실 소개

반가희 교수의 연구실은 식품안전과 의료용 소재 분야에서 나노구조 표면 기술과 병원성 박테리아 제어를 융합한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히, 스테인리스 스틸 등 식품 산업용 소재의 표면 개질을 통해 세균 생체막 형성을 억제하고, 항생제 내성 박테리아의 확산을 차단하는 자가청소 표면 기술 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 또한, 유산균을 활용한 천연 항균제 개발과 식중독 원인 병원체의 생물막 억제 메커니즘 규명을 통해 실생활 응용이 가능한 생물안전 기술을 모색하고 있습니다.
