연구실 소개

황금철 교수의 연구실은 고주파 및 밀리미터파 장비의 고성능 설계를 핵심으로 하며, 광대역, 원형 편광, 고손실 저감 등의 특성을 갖춘 파장 조절형 안테나 및 파이프 구조를 개발하고 있습니다. 특히 유전자 군집 최적화(GSO), 실수코딩 유전자 알고리즘 등 혁신적인 최적화 기법을 활용해 안테나 및 파동도로의 성능을 극대화하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. X-band, Ku-band 등 다양한 밴드에서의 응용을 고려한 실측 검증 기반의 설계가 특징입니다. 특히 무선 전력 전송, 소형 위성 통신, 고속 데이터 전송 등 미래형 통신 시스템에 기여할 수 있는 기술 개발을 지속하고 있습니다.

Design and Optimization of a Broadband Waveguide Magic-T Using a Stepped Conducting Cone

The design of a broadband waveguide magic-T was accomplished using a genetical swarm optimization (GSO) technique. A multi-stepped, off-centered conducting cone was used to enhance the bandwidth performance of the conventional magic-Ts. Broadband circularly-polarised Spidron fractal slot antenna

A broadband circularly-polarised fractal antenna is proposed, designed, and tested. The concept of a novel Spidron fractal system is employed to achieve both broadband and circular-polarisation characteristics. A novel broadband polarization twist reflector using a meander-grooved conducting plane is proposed in this study. Abstract A planar meander‐line monopole antenna was designed for wireless Universal Serial Bus (USB) dongle devices. The proposed antenna shows dual‐wideband resonant characteristics and supports the WiBro, Bluetooth, WLAN, WiMAX, and S‐DMB (Satellite Digital Multimedia Broadcast) services.
