연구실 소개
정경식 교수의 연구실은 조선 시대의 법제도와 중국 법전의 수용 과정을 중심으로 동아시아 법문화사의 비교 연구를 수행합니다. 특히 고려에서 조선으로 이르는 동안 중국 법령이 어떻게 수용되고 변형되었는지에 초점을 맞추며, 법의 역사적 유형과 사회적 기반의 상호작용을 분석합니다. 또한 법의 정착 과정을 통해 정치적 권위와 사회질서의 형성 구조를 탐구합니다.

1This paper examines the adoption process of Chinese legal codes from the Koryŏ to the Chosŏn periods and the subsequent changes of Korea’s legal system. Although Koryŏ organized its legal system based on the Tang code 唐律, it also adopted various other Chinese laws as needed. The Yuan 元 (1271-1368) demanded legal reforms from Koryŏ, but Koryŏ opposed, citing differences in social foundation.
