연구실 소개

이기형 교수의 연구실은 비소세포성 폐암을 중심으로 표적항암치료의 효과와 내성을 해소하기 위한 분자기반 치료 전략을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 EGFR 변이를 가진 환자군에서의 타겟 치료 반응, 장기적 생존과 관련된 요법 패러다임 전환에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 분자진단과 맞춤형 치료의 융합을 통해 개인화된 암 치료의 실현 가능성을 모색하고 있습니다. 또한 항암치료 중 발생할 수 있는 부작용 관리와 환자생존율 향상 전략에 대해서도 종합적인 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.
