연구실 소개

안건오 교수의 연구실은 낮은 면역세포 침윤을 보이는 암에서 방사선 치료가 유도하는 종양 미세환경의 면역 반응 전환 메커니즘을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 고용량 방사선이 면역 억제성 종양 미세환경을 변화시켜 종양 완화를 유도하는 작용과, myeloid 세포, 조혈모세포, HIF-1 신호 경로 등이 종양 혈관생성 및 치료 저항성에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 합니다. 또한, 방사선 치료의 새로운 형태인 FLASH 방사선 치료가 종양 혈관 붕괴에 미치는 영향과 그 면역학적 결과에 대해서도 집중 연구하고 있습니다.
