연구실 소개
김광재 교수의 연구실은 다응답 최적화, 제품-서비스 시스템(PSS), 경험 기반 서비스(ExS) 설계, 다단계 제조 공정 최적화 등 제조 및 서비스 분야의 혁신적 설계 및 최적화 기법을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 다응답 문제에 대한 모델 구축 없이도 효율적으로 최적의 공정 조건을 도출하는 '환자 규칙 유도 방법(MR-PRIM)'을 비롯해, 제품과 서비스의 융합적 설계 및 고객 경험 중심의 서비스 프로세스 시각화 도구 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 이는 제조업의 고도화와 서비스 산업의 혁신을 동시에 이끄는 융복합 연구 분야입니다.

15SUMMARY A modelling approach to optimize a multiresponse system is presented. The approach aims to identify the setting of the input variables to maximize the degree of overall satisfaction with respect to all the responses. An exponential desirability functional form is suggested to simplify the desirability function assessment process.
