연구실 소개
강경훈 교수의 연구실은 대장암, 위암, 전립선암 등 주요 암에서 프로모터 CpG 도메인의 과메틸화와 관련된 분자적 기전을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 암의 다단계 발생 과정에서 메틸화 변화가 언제 발생하는지, 그리고 이가 임상적 예후나 면역요법 반응과 어떻게 연관되는지에 대한 분석을 핵심으로 삼고 있습니다. 또한, CIMP(프로모터 CpG 도메인 과메틸화 현상)와 MSI(미세소자장성 불안정성) 등 분자표지의 상호관계를 규명하여 정밀의료에 기여하고자 합니다.
