연구실 소개
정해림 교수의 연구실은 난임성 혈액암, 특히 급성 골수성 백혈병(AML)과 다발성 골수종에서 종양 미세환경과 면역세포의 역할을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 히스톤 메틸화 효소 G9a, ULK1 등 신호전달 분자와 면역세포(예: 자연살해세포, MDSC)의 기능이 백혈병 진행과 치료 내성에 어떻게 기여하는지 기초 및 번역 연구를 융합하여 탐구하고 있습니다. 최근에는 에피제네틱 조절, 세포 사멸, 자가분해 작용 등 세포 내 신호 경로의 기전을 규명함으로써 새로운 치료 전략을 모색하고 있습니다.
