연구실 소개
이 교수의 연구실은 나노소재 개발과 응용을 중심으로, 고순도 다중벽 나노튜브의 연속적 대량 합성, 나노크리스탈린 세리아 도자기의 합성 및 CMP 슬러리 응용, 생체분석을 위한 고감도 면역분석 시스템 설계, 그리고 유기 전도성 폴리머의 선택적 기상 증착 기술 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 특히, 생체 분자 인식, 광학 특성 측정, 나노재료의 표면 제어 및 기능화를 통해 의료 및 반도체 공정 분야의 혁신적 기술을 개발하고 있습니다. 연구는 실용적 응용을 목표로 하며, 산학협력 및 임상 현장의 요구를 반영한 기초-응용 연구를 동시에 추진하고 있습니다.

Nano-crystalline CeO2 was synthesized by the mechanical milling and subsequent heat-treatment from the mixture of Ce(OH)4 as precursor, and NaCl as diluent. The diluent provided diffusion barrier during milling and heat-treatment, which was easily dissolved out by deionized water. We demonstrate a selective vapor-phase deposition of conductive poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT) thin films on patterned FeCl3. The PEDOT thin films were grown on various substrates by using the vapor-phase polymerization of ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT) with FeCl3 catalytic layers at 325 K. A photoacid generator (PAG) played an important role in withdrawing an electron in atomic force microcopy (AFM) anodization lithography. In case of the silicon substrate coated by the polymer with higher content of PAG, oxide patterns were fabricated in lower threshold lithographic bias.
