연구실 소개
조한얼 교수의 연구실은 대규모 건강 데이터 기반의 인공지능을 활용한 신경퇴행성질환 예측 모델 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 알츠하이머병의 조기 진단을 위한 기반 데이터와 기계학습 기반 위험도 예측 모델을 구축하며, 뇌병변 환자 대상의 척수내 베크로펜 치료 효과 및 부작용 분석에도 기여하고 있습니다. 또한, 공공보건 정책 수립에 기여할 수 있는 신경근육질환의 유병률 및 위험요인 분석, SNS를 통한 건강정보의 질 평가 등 실생활 응용에 초점을 맞춘 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.

Disease-specific values of pulmonary function, including FVC, MEP, and MIP, can be accurately used to assess the onset of ventilatory insufficiency in patients with ALS, DMD, and MMD.
Most apps provided training for the memory and attention domains, but few apps included executive function or visuospatial domains. The quality of the apps improved significantly when more domains were provided, and was positively associated with the number of reviews received. These results could be useful for the future development of mobile apps for cognitive training.

This study aimed to objectively assess YouTube videos' quality, reliability, and information delivery capability regarding novel spinal muscular atrophy treatments.
