연구실 소개

조한진 교수의 연구실은 대상포진, 결장암, 유방암 등 다양한 암의 발병 메커니즘과 그 예방 전략을 탐구하고 있습니다. 주로 식품에 함유된 천연 화합물인 퀘르세틴, 카엠페롤, CLA, DIM 등이 암세포 성장에 미치는 영향을 세포 및 동물 모델을 통해 분석하고 있으며, 특히 세포 주기 조절, 세포 사멸 유도, 수용체 신호전달 경로 억제 등 분자 기전을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한 신경학적 장애와 관련된 배뇨기능 이상의 뇌간 기반 기전 연구도 함께 진행하고 있습니다.
