연구실 소개

김한준 교수의 연구실은 허미터리얼스 기반의 첨단 나노소재와 그 응용을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 허모리티즘(ferroelectricity)과 반자성 전이를 제어하는 새로운 산화막 구조 설계를 통해 고성능 메모리 소자 및 에너지 효율적 전자소자를 구현하고자 합니다. 또한, 의료용 약물 방출 시스템과 뇌자극 치료 기술 등 의공학적 응용 분야에도 연구를 확장하고 있습니다. 이는 나노소재의 물리적 특성 제어와 응용 기술의 융합을 바탕으로 한 종합적 연구 철학을 반영합니다.

The degradation of ferroelectric (FE) properties of atomic layer deposited Hf0.5Zr0.5O2 films with increasing thickness was mitigated by inserting 1 nm-thick Al2O3 interlayer at middle position of the thickness of the FE film. The large Pr of 10 μC/cm2, which is 11 times larger than that of single layer Hf0.5Zr0.5O2 film with equivalent thickness, was achieved from the films as thick as 40 nm. The system is composed of mesoporous silica as the drug reservoir and poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) as an implantable body. METHODS: We conducted a retrospective medical record review to determine the survival of 455 Korean multiple system atrophy (MSA) patients and examined the effect of clinical factors that could possibly influence survival.
