연구실 소개
김한수 교수의 연구실은 신경질환, 퇴행성 질환 및 암의 병태생리 기전을 밝히고, 이를 바탕으로 새로운 치료 전략을 개발하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 혈류부족성 뇌경색 모델에서 유래한 간엽줄기세포 유래 미세소포가 뇌손상에 미치는 영향을 연구하며, 알츠하이머병, 파킨슨병 등 퇴행성 뇌질환의 인도플루이던트 줄기세포 모델링과 암의 전이 메커니즘을 규명하는 데에도 기여하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어 폐섬유톱, 근병증 등 퇴행성 질환의 치료제 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다.

OBJECTIVES: To analyze the treatment outcomes and the effects of adjuvant radiotherapy (RT) in patients with synovial sarcoma (SS). MATERIALS AND METHODS: The medical records of 103 patients treated with definitive surgery for SS, with/without RT, from August 1982 to July 2013 were reviewed retrospectively.
