연구실 소개

전한조 교수 연구실은 내 endoscopic 치료 기술의 안정성과 효능을 높이기 위한 비열성 조직 영구파괴 기반 치료법, 특히 비열성 전기영구화(IRE) 기술의 임상적 적용을 핵심으로 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 내 endoscopic 장치의 설계 최적화, 하이드로젤 기반 부하액의 생체적 안정성 평가, 조직의 세포사 및 재생 메커니즘 분석을 통해 내시경 치료의 정밀도와 안전성을 제고하고자 합니다. 최근에는 장내 청소제의 복용량 최소화를 통한 환자 편의성 향상 방안에 대해서도 연구를 확장하고 있습니다.

Injectable thermo-sensitive chitosan hydrogels have recently been developed for the use of submucosal fluids in endoscopic submucosal dissections (ESD).
