김한솔 교수의 연구실은 소견 및 영상의학을 기반으로 한 정밀의료 기반의 질병 진단 및 예후 평가를 목표로 합니다. 특히 직장암, 간세포생식암 등 악성 종양의 조기 진단과 예후 예측을 위한 영상 생물학적 지표 개발에 집중하며, 림프관 형성 및 간섬유화와 같은 병리생물학적 메커니즘을 영상으로 비침습적으로 평가하는 데 기여하고 있습니다. MRI 및 CT를 활용한 고해상도 영상 분석과 분포 분석 기반의 정량적 평가 기법 개발이 핵심 연구 방향입니다.

Preoperative MR imaging in rectal cancer patients for staging with conventional 2D and multiplanar reconstruction 3D T2-weighted imaging protocols showed no significant differences in accuracy of T and N category staging and overall image quality, as determined by degree of artifact.
