연구실 소개
안희창 교수의 연구실은 성형외과 및 재건외과 분야에서 두드러진 연구 성과를 내고 있으며, 주로 모낭 및 피부조직의 재생, 미용 및 기능 회복을 위한 혁신적 수술 기법 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 저강도 레이저 치료(Low-Level Light Therapy)를 이용한 탈모 치료, 전신유전자형 피부이식술(예: 전방복합혈관유전자형) 및 근막피부유전자형 등 고도의 재건 수술 기법을 개발하여 기능과 미용을 동시에 확보하는 데 기여하고 있습니다. 또한, 손상된 혈관을 복구하기 위한 혈관 재건 수술 및 만성 손상성 혈행장애 치료에도 전문성을 기르고 있습니다.

BACKGROUND: In an attempt to improve the versatility of the radial forearm flap, a new design was developed: the transverse radial artery forearm flap. The hook and wire method allowed precise application of traction forces across zygomatic fractures. The fractured bone fragment could be pulled in the direction precisely opposite to the vector of impact at the time of trauma. Soft tissue damage due to dissection was minimized. In particular, this method was effective in reducing rotated bone fragments and can be an alternative option to using the zygoma elevator.
The modified technique group showed superior results in terms of safety and cosmesis. With our modified C-H flap method, simultaneous breast and nipple reconstruction is safe and has satisfactory results.

With the advancement of free-flap techniques, the classic flaps have become less popular.
