연구실 소개
신희철 교수의 연구실은 반도체 소자에서 발생하는 플라즈마 유도 손상 메커니즘을 정량적으로 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 소자 신뢰성 향상 기술을 개발하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 MOSFET의 전기적 특성 변화를 기반으로 플라즈마 공정 중 발생하는 충전 전류를 모델링하고, 웨이퍼 전체의 기계적·전기적 변동성을 분석하는 고해상도 테스트 구조 기반 분석 기법을 개발하고 있습니다. 또한, 유전적 돌연변이와 관련된 유전성 암 증후군, 특히 유방암 환자에서의 다유전자 패널 기반 NGS 분석을 통한 암 유전자의 탐색에도 기여하고 있습니다. 이는 암의 조기 진단 및 개인 맞춤형 치료 전략 수립에 기여합니다.

In acute leukemia, leukemic infiltration of the breast is extremely rare. We report a case of biphenotypic acute leukemia (BAL) that presented as a breast mass. A 30-year-old woman presented with a 4-month history of a right breast mass with nipple discharge and easy fatigue. Discordance in receptor status and tumor phenotype between primary breast cancer and corresponding metastatic lesions was observed. Patients with concordant TNP had worse long-term outcomes than patients with concordant non-TNP and discordant TNP between primary and metastatic breast cancer.
