연구실 소개
노은 교수의 연구실은 뇌의 신경망이 체내 에너지 및 혈액포도당 조절에 핵심적으로 기여하는 메커니즘을 밝히는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 뇌-장 축소통로, 호르몬 및 영양소 신호의 통합 조절, 그리고 비만과 당뇨병의 신경생물학적 기전을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한 고령화와 관련된 근감소증 및 비만 병합 증후군(sarcopenic obesity)의 신경대사 기전에 대해서도 탐구하고 있습니다. 이는 신체 에너지 균형 유지와 대사질환 예방을 위한 새로운 치료 전략 개발에 기여하고자 합니다.
