연구실 소개
정희진 교수의 연구실은 감염병의 유병률 감소와 치료 전략 개선을 목표로 하며, 특히 다제내성 박테리아에 대응한 항생제 치료법 평가와 감염병 예방 정책의 효과 분석에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 주요 연구는 요로감염, 간경변 환자에서의 세균성 복막염, 코로나19 및 인플루엔자와 같은 감염병의 유행 패턴 변화를 분석함으로써, 사회적 거리두기와 같은 비약리적 조치가 전파에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 기여하고 있습니다. 또한, 감염병의 집단적 면역 수준을 평가하기 위한 혈액서로검사 및 군대의 예방접종 정책 개선 등 실질적인 보건 정책 수립에 기여하는 연구를 지속적으로 수행하고 있습니다.
