연구실 소개
김희주 교수의 연구실은 항체 기반의 고감도 분석 기술과 소분자 항원 탐지에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 알파카에서 유래한 VHH 항체를 활용한 신개념 면역검사 기법 개발을 주요 연구 방향으로 삼고 있습니다. 특히, 파지체를 이용한 항체-항원 복합체 탐지 기반의 실시간 PCR 기반 분석 기술(IPCR)을 통해 농약 대사물질과 같은 미량 물질의 정밀 검출을 가능하게 하고 있습니다. 또한, 피부질환, 특히 건선성 피부염과 아토피 피부염에서의 면역 반응 및 염증 매개물질의 역할에 대한 분자 기반 연구도 병행하고 있습니다.
