연구실 소개
류희주 교수의 연구실은 면역학적 기전과 질병 간의 상관관계를 밝히는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 종양 미세환경에서 조절성 T세포의 기능 전환과 IL-27/CD39 경로가 암 진행에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 면역조절 메커니즘을 규명하고 있습니다. 또한, 감염성 바이러스(예: SARS-CoV-2)의 신속한 진단을 위한 그래핀 기반 전기화학 센서 기술 개발과 면역세포(예: 마크르-세포, T세포)의 활성 조절 메커니즘에 대해서도 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어 자가면역질환과 대사질환 간의 면역학적 연관성, 약물 내성 메커니즘 등 다양한 질병 모델을 통해 면역 반응의 근본 원리를 탐구하고 있습니다.
