연구실 소개

김희연 교수의 연구실은 고차원 이론물리학과 수학적 구조의 융합을 중심으로, 초대칭 게이지 이론, 슈퍼시매트릭 인덱스, 복소 기하학적 구조를 통한 이론 물리학의 깊이 있는 분석을 수행합니다. 특히 3차원 초대칭 이론의 수학적 구조와 그 위상적 성질, 예를 들어 R-대칭과 기하학적 구조를 가진 다발 위에서의 분할 함수 계산을 통해 이론의 보존량과 스펙트럼을 규명하고자 합니다. 또한, 고차원 이론의 저에너지 극한에서 나타나는 초등각장이론(예: 아르가레스-두글라스 이론)의 성질을 기반으로 한 새로운 이론 구조를 탐색하며, 이론적 예측의 정밀한 계산 알고리즘을 개발하고 있습니다.

We consider gauged linear sigma models (GLSM) on $ \mathbb{R}{{\mathbb{P}}^2} $ , obtained from a parity projection of S 2. We explore Seiberg-like dualities, or mutations, for $$ \mathcal{N}=4 $$ quiver quantum mechanics in the context of wall-crossing. Scaling behaviour of quiver quantum mechanics

We explore vacuum degeneracy of Kronecker quiver with large ranks, by computing Witten index of corresponding 1d gauged linear sigma model. For (d − 1, d) k quivers with the intersection number k, we actually counted index of its mutation equivalent, (d, (k − 1)d + 1) k , and find exponentially large behaviour whenever k ≥ 3. We close with speculation on more general ranks of Kronecker quiver including the nonprimitive cases.

인삼 및 인삼 유래 물질들은 가장 대표적인 건강기능식품이며, 홍삼추출물(Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer)의 경우 항바이러스, 알레르기 감소, 항산화, 비만억제 등의 효과를 나타낸다고 알려져 있다. 대표적 건강기능식품임에도 불구하고 약물상호작용을 일으키는 대사효소(Cytochrome P450, CYP)에 대한 홍삼추출물의 영향은 보고되지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 사람의 간 마이크로좀 분획과 마우스 모델을 기반으로 홍삼엑기스의 약물대사 조절능을 평가하였다. 사람의 간 마이크로좀에서는 CYP2B6에 대한 미약한 억제 효과를 나타내었을 뿐, 타 대사효소 CYP1A2, 2B6, 2C19, 2D6와 3A에 대한 억제효과는 검출되지 않았다. 홍삼엑기스를 마우스에 50, 250, or 500 mg/kg의 농도로 3, 7, 14일간 하루 1회 경구 투여 후 간을 적출하여 대사효소의 활성 변화를 측정하였지만, 유의적인 변화는 관찰되지 않았다. 결과적으로 홍삼엑기스의 유의적인 약물대사효소에
