김혜영 교수의 연구실은 반도체 제조 공정의 품질 향상과 공급망의 지능화를 핵심 목표로 삼고 있습니다. 특히 웨이퍼 테스트 및 패키지 테스트 데이터를 활용한 결함 예측 모델링, 비정상적인 결함 패턴 탐지 기술, 그리고 실시간 선박 지연 탐지 시스템 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어 로봇의 비언어적 커뮤니케이션 설계를 통해 인간-로봇 상호작용의 질을 향상시키는 연구도 진행 중입니다. 연구는 데이터 기반 정량적 분석과 실무 응용을 융합하여 산업 현장의 실제 문제 해결에 기여하고자 합니다.
