류호걸 교수의 연구실은 장기 이식, 특히 간 이식의围수기 관리와 관련된 임상적 문제를 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 이식 후 저혈압, 대사 이상, 신기능 장애, 만성 통증 및 정신신경 합병증 등의 발생 원인과 예방 전략을 분석하며, 고위험 환자 대상의 정밀의료적 접근을 모색하고 있습니다. 다양한 약물 및 마취 전략의 임상적 효과를 랜덤화 대조 시험과 대규모 실사용 데이터를 기반으로 평가함으로써, 환자 중심의 최적의 이식 관리 전략을 개발하고자 합니다.
