이호정 교수의 연구실은 암의 전이 및 내약물성 메커니즘을 중심으로, 특히 뇌전이성 유방세포의 대사 재편성과 종양 미세환경이 치료 저항성에 미치는 영향을 규명하고 있습니다. 유전자 치료, 식물 유래 항암 물질, 그리고 혈액 내 순환 내피세포의 진위 여부에 대한 기초적 생물학적 문제까지 다양한 암 치료 전략을 탐색하고 있습니다. 특히 대사 재편, 종양 미세환경, 약물 저항성에 초점을 맞춘 기초-임상 연계 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.

We evaluated microbial populations and aflatoxin production in unhulled and white rice from rice processing complexes of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation in five regions in Korea and identified three predominant Aspergillus species. The effects of wild type and UV-irradiated lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) ethanolic extracts (MOE and UMOE) on melanogenesis in vitro were examined.
