연구실 소개
윤호경 교수의 연구실은 정신건강, 수면 장애, 염증 반응 간의 상관관계를 중심으로 한 생물심리사회적 접근을 통해 정신질환의 생물학적 기반을 탐구하고 있습니다. 특히 우울증, 양극성장애, 갈망성 불면증 등 정서 조절과 수면 리듬에 영향을 미치는 면역 및 신경염증 반응의 역할을 분석하고 있으며, 청소년 및 어린이 집단을 대상으로 한 정신건강 및 인지기능 영향을 다룹니다. 또한, 수면 패턴과 염증 마커 간의 관계를 규명함으로써 예방적 정신건강 전략 개발에 기여하고자 합니다.

15Contrary to MD, AD has reversed vegetative symptoms, i.e. hypersomnia and hyperphagia. It is assumed that the phenotype difference between AD and MD might be related to Th1 cytokines (IL-2) and Th2 cytokines (IL-4) and not related to monocytic cytokines (IL-6, and TNF-α).

Our results showed an improvement in mental health status in Korean adolescents during the pandemic, but caution is needed when interpreting these results. Future research is needed to determine the effects of a long-lasting pandemic on mental health and lifestyle factors in adolescents.
