연구실 소개

정회일 교수의 연구실은 주로 near-infrared(NIR) 및 라만 스펙트로스코피를 활용한 정밀 분석 기술 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 생물공학적 반응 과정에서의 성분 모니터링, 석유화학 제품의 실시간 품질 제어, 그리고 나노소재의 전기화학적 특성 향상을 위한 표면 증폭 라만 스펙트로스코피(SERS) 기반 센서 기술을 연구하고 있습니다. 또한, 그래핀의 촉매 활성화를 위한 질소 도핑 기술과 수용성 고분자 기반 나노복합체의 설계도 핵심 과제로 다룹니다.

Calibration models are generated and evaluated for the measurement of five different components in synthetic mixtures prepared in aqueous solutions. Mixtures of glucose, glutamine, ammonia, lactate, and glutamate were prepared to simulate concentration levels expected during routine bioreactor fermentation processes.
