연구실 소개

이홍주 교수의 연구실은 디지털 환경 속에서 발생하는 복잡한 행동 패턴과 상호작용을 분석하여 비즈니스 프로세스, 소셜 상호작용, 소비자 행동을 이해하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 소셜 코머스, 온라인 게임 내 클랜의 상호작용 네트워크, 아슬레처 테일러리 시장의 재구매 의도 등 실생활 데이터 기반의 프로세스 마이닝과 네트워크 분석을 통해 실질적인 비즈니스 인사이트를 도출하고자 합니다. 또한, 딥러닝 기반의 예측 모델에서의 정확도 향상과 불확실성 추정을 동시에 고려한 효율적 앙상블 기반 분석 기법 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다.
