연구실 소개
홍승노 교수의 연구실은 수면무호흡증과 비염 등 상부 호흡기 질환의 병태생리학적 기전과 진단·치료 전략을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 중증 수면무호흡증 환자에서의 혈전생성 증가와 심혈관계 합병증의 연관성, 비만성 또는 해부학적 이상에 기인한 기도 폐쇄의 수술적 치료법 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 희귀질환인 호산구성혈관섬유화증의 진단 및 임상 양상 분석에도 기여하고 있습니다. 고해상도 영상 및 수면 내시경 검사 기반의 정밀 기도 폐쇄 분석 기술 개발도 핵심 과제입니다.
