연구실 소개

차훈석 교수의 연구실은 류머티스성 관절염을 비롯한 자가면역질환의 발병 기전과 치료 반응 예측을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 면역관련 부작용, 혈관내피세포생장인자-C, PUMA 단백질 등 염증 조절 메커니즘을 분자생물학적·대사체학적 접근으로 규명하고 있으며, 머신러닝 기반의 바이오마커 예측 모델 개발도 활발히 수행하고 있습니다. 주로 류머티스성 관절염의 염증 반응과 관련된 섬유아세포, 세포 신호전달 경로, 대사 변화를 중심으로 기초 및 임상 연계 연구를 수행합니다.
