연구실 소개
제환준 교수의 연구실은 간암 및 비정상성 위출혈과 같은 소화기계 질환의 치료를 위한 혈관내 치료 기술, 특히 동맥색전술(TAE)과 약물유도 혈관색전술(TACE)의 임상적 유효성과 안전성에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 특히 N-부틸 사이아아크릴레이트(NBCA)를 활용한 정밀한 혈관색전술 기법 개발과 함께, 향후 암 치료의 예후 평가를 위한 영상유도 생체정보 분석(예: 퍼피usion CT)에도 기여하고 있습니다. 또한, 혈관색전술의 기술적 도전 과제를 해결하기 위한 신개념 생체친화성 염료 및 약물 전달 시스템 개발에도 연구를 확장하고 있습니다.
