연구실 소개
황기환 교수의 연구실은 뇌신경외과 분야에서 뇌종양과 뇌혈관질환의 치료 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 간질성 뇌종양인 간질성 뇌신생물(예: 간질성 뇌종양, GBM)의 표준 치료에 병용 가능한 약물요법(예: 올라파리브, 테모졸로omid)의 유효성과 치료 반응 예측 요법에 대한 연구를 진행하고 있으며, 고령 환자나 특수 인구군을 대상으로 한 혈관성 뇌졸중의 혈관내 치료 전략에 대해서도 임상적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 이는 환자 중심의 개인화된 뇌신경외과 치료의 실현을 목표로 하고 있습니다.

The initial tumor size of PAs was independently associated with the tumor growth. Six patients (11%) of conservatively managed PAs were likely to be treated eventually.
