연구실 소개
박혜정 교수의 연구실은 약물유발성 피부질환, 알레르기 질환, 만성호흡기질환 및 나노소재의 생체안정성에 대한 종합적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 허혈성 질환과 관련된 유전적 소인, 알레르겐 민감도의 시대적 변화, 비만이 유도하는 폐 기능 이상 메커니즘, 나노입자의 폐 생체반응 등을 중심으로 기초 및 임상 연계 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 최근에는 내성 세균에 의한 난치성 폐렴 치료 전략 개발에도 주력하고 있습니다.

15PURPOSE: Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) are very serious forms of drug-induced cutaneous adverse reaction.
