연구실 소개
이혜원 교수의 연구실은 간질환, 특히 만성 간염 B와 비알코올성 간비만성질환(NAFLD/NASH)의 진단 및 예후 예측에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 진단 기술로는 초음파 기반 간경화도 측정법(Transient Elastography)과 간섬유화도 평가 지표(Liver Stiffness, LS)를 활용한 개인 맞춤형 모니터링 전략 개발을 연구하고 있으며, 특히 항바이러스 치료 후 재발 위험을 줄이기 위한 정밀의료 기반의 위험군 분류 모델 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다. 이와 함께 삼중음성 유방암과 같은 악성도가 높은 암종의 예후 결정 요인 규명에도 관심을 기울이고 있습니다.
