연구실 소개
이혜윤 교수의 연구실은 유방암의 분자적 기전과 진단 생물학적 마커를 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 특히 miR-21과 같은 비임계 RNA의 역할과 연관된 유전자 발현 패atters를 분석합니다. 또한 영상유전체학(라디오제노믹스) 기반으로 저선량 perfusion CT를 활용한 유방암의 분자아형 예측 및 치료 반응 예측 모델 개발에도 주력하고 있습니다. 수술 중 신경 모니터링 기술의 정밀도 향상과 관련된 생체전기 신호 변화 연구를 통해 암 치료의 정밀도를 높이는 데 기여하고 있습니다.
