연구실 소개
정혜주 교수의 연구실은 전자재료 및 나노구조薄膜의 설계와 특성 제어를 핵심으로 하며, 특히 페로일렉트릭 및 구리 계 박막을 포함한 고성능 편광성 및 반사성 소재의 저온 성장 기반 기술을 개발하고 있습니다. 이와 함께 이온 빔 및 스퍼터링 공정을 활용한 박막의 미세구조 제어와 표면 거칠기 제어 기술을 연구하여, 레이저 반사 거울, 전자 소자 등 응용 분야에 적합한 고순도·고정도 박막을 실현하고자 합니다. 또한, 의료용 레이저 치료 기술의 최적화 및 혈액질환의 분자 기전 규명을 위한 기초 연구도 병행하고 있습니다.

15Radio-frequency magnetron sputtering was used to deposit SrBi2Ta2O9 ferroelectric thin films on Pt(111)/Ti/SiO2/Si(001) substrates. Thin films were deposited at room temperature with argon pressures of 0.5–100 mTorr and with sputtering power of 2.5 W/cm2. Partially ionized beam deposition of Cu thin films onto glass at room temperature was carried out to fabricate laser mirrors with good structural and reflective properties.
