연구실 소개

오현정 교수의 연구실은 대체로 소견 기반의 면역형광염색(IHC)에 의존하는 암 진단의 정량적 한계를 보완하고자, 질량분석을 활용한 타겟팅 단백질체 분석 기술을 바탕으로 암 생물학적 마커의 정량적 평가를 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 유방암과 대장암에서 HER2, ER, PR, TP53, POSTN, F. nucleatum 등 다양한 생물학적 마커와 종양 미세환경의 면역 반응을 연관지어 예후 예측 모델을 구축하고자 하며, 이는 임상적 치료 전략 수립에 기여하고자 합니다. 특히 마이크로환경 요소와 유전적 변형이 병행되는 병리학적 특성 분석을 통해 개인 맞춤 치료의 가능성을 탐색하고 있습니다.
