연구실 소개
이현종 교수의 연구실은 정밀의료를 위한 영상유전자학(Imaging-Genomics)과 정량적 영상 분석 기반 예후 예측 모델 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 주로 PET/CT 영상에서 추출한 레이디오믹스 특징을 기반으로 암의 종양 돌연변이 부담(TMB), 예후 및 치료 반응을 예측하는 머신러닝 기반 분석을 수행하며, 뇌전도성 퇄병(타우병) 및 심혈관 질환과 같은 신경퇴행성 및 순환기 질환의 조기 진단 및 예후 평가에도 기여하고 있습니다. 특히, 다양한 암 종류와 신경질환에서의 영상-분자 연계 분석이 핵심 연구 방향입니다.

배경 및 목적: 최근의 전향적 연구에 의하면 Lp(a)의 증가는 심혈관 질 환의 독립적인 위험인자로 간주되고 있으며 외국의 경우에 서는 Lp(a)의 연령, 성, 인종 등에 따른 분포 및 다른 심혈관 질환의 위험인자와의 연관성에 대한 보고가 많이 있으나 한 국인을 대상으로 한 대규모 연구는 없어 한국인에서 Lp(a) 의 분포 및 다른 심혈관질환의 위험인자와의 연관성을 알아 보고자 하였다. 방 법: 주로 서울 및 경기 지역에 거주하며 2004년 1월부터 2004 년 12월까지 본원에서 건강 검진을 받았던 외견상 건강한 20세 이상의 남자 8,007명, 여자 6,509명 등 총 14,516명 을 대상으로 immunonephelometeric assay를 이용하여 Lp(a) 를 측정하였고 심혈관 질환에 영향을 줄 수 있는 요인들을 측정하여 Lp(a)의 분포 및 위험인자와의 연관성을 조사하 였다. 결 과: 전체 대상군의 평균 Lp(a)는 20.1±16.00 mg/dL이었고 median, 75
