연구실 소개
양현경 교수의 연구실은 간질환, 특히 간세포암과 간기능 평가를 중심으로 한 영상의학 분야에서 전문성을 갖추고 있습니다. 고옥시에이시드 강화 MRI를 활용한 간기능 정량 평가 및 간세포암의 정확한 진단을 위한 영상 기반 진단 기준 개발에 주력하고 있으며, 특히 간기능 저하와 종양의 영상 소견 간 상관관계를 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한, 간질환 환자에서의 영상 소견 변화와 병리적 결과 간의 연관성 분석을 통해 임상적 판단의 정확성을 높이는 데 기여하고 있습니다.

OBJECTIVE: To determine the pathologic nature of non-hypervascular hypointense nodules (≥1 cm) on the hepatobiliary phase (HBP) of gadoxetic acid-enhanced magnetic resonance (MR) imaging and to describe the chronological changes of their imaging features on follow-up MR imaging.
