이 연구는 국회 문방위 공동발의 법안을 분석대상으로 상정하고, 선행연구들에서 상임위원회 의사결정 영향요인으로 제시한 정당, 지역구 이외에 의원들이 경력이동 경로를 거치며 형성한 사회적 연결망을 분석에 포함하여 상임위원회의 의사결정 메커니즘을 보다 세부적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 연결망 요인에 따른 문방위 의원들 간 공동발의 지형을 살펴본 결과, 정당, 지역구, 사회단체 경력에 따라 법안 공동발의 네트워크가 긴밀히 연계되는 양상이 나타났다. 둘째, 공동발의 네트워크 내에서 문방위 위원들은 활발히 활동하고 있었으나, 연결망 내부의 권력 분포에서는 중심적인 위치를 차지하지 못하고 있었다. 셋째, 네트워크 내부의 파당(clique)을 살펴본 결과, 정당 중심의 파당 이외에 정당을 초월하는 파당도 존재하고 있었는데, 이는 상임위 내부에서 정당의 이해관계를 넘어서는 전략적 연대 행위가 이루어지고 있음을 시사한다. 넷째, 문방위 소속 의원들은 수도권 지

이 논문에서는 선거제도이외에 여성의 정치참여에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 정당에 초점을 맞추어 분석하였다. 선거제도 중 소선거구제와 단순다수대표제가 결합된 1위 대표제의 기본적 속성이 소수집단인 여성의 정치참여에 가장 불리한 제도이며 비례대표제가 여성의 정치진출에 가장 유리하다는 것을 실증적으로 살펴보았다. 이 논문에서는 여성의 정치참여에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 정당적 요인이라는 점에 주안점을 두었다. 여성의 정치참여를 증진시키기 위해서는 선거제도의 변화가 바람직하지만 현실적으로 선거제도의 변화가 여성의 대표성을 높이려는 목적만으로 이루어질 수는 없다. 선거제도를 변화시킬 수 없다면 다른 요인들에 의한 대표성 향상을 도모해볼 필요가 있는 것이다. 동일한 선거제도와 유사한 정당체제를 가지고 있음에도 불구하고 국가별로 여성의 대표성이 크게 차이가 나는 것은 선거제도를 통해서는 설명할 수 없는 것이다. 이를 규명하기 위하여 정당을 분석대상으로 하였다. 정당의 특성을 규정하는 내부적, 외부적

이 연구의 목적은 청소년들의 사이버 유해요인 경험이 사이버 일탈에 미치는 영향을 심리적 성향, 사회적 유대 등 다른 변인들과의 과정적 상호관련성을 포함한 전체 모델을 통해 살펴보고자 함이며, 이를 위해 구조방정식모형을 활용하였다. 분석 결과를 정리해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사이버 유해요인 경험이 많을수록 사이버 일탈 행위는 증가하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 청소년들의 심리적 성향(자아존중감, 도덕성)은 사이버 유해요인 경험으로 인한 사이버 일탈행위에서 유의미한 효과를 가지지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년들의 사회적 유대(가족응집성, 부모관계, 친구관계)는 사이버 유해요인 경험으로 인한 사이버 일탈행위에서 유의미한 효과를 보이고 있었다. 이때, 사이버 유해요인 접촉은 사회적 유대의 영향력을 감소시켜 사이버 일탈행위에 대한 억제력도 함께 줄어드는 것으로 나타났다. 사이버 유해요인 접촉은 사이버 일탈행동으로 이어질 뿐만 아니라 사회적 유대의 영향력을 함께 감소시킨다는 이 연구

Nitrogen isotopes are widely used to trace volatile sources in volcanic/hydrothermal systems. However, the nitrogen isotope composition of dissolved N2 may not be the same as N2 gas, due to minor isotope fractionation. In order to evaluate N isotope fractionation during dissolution of N2 gas in water as a function of temperature, we measured δ15N values of dissolved N2 over a temperature range of 5 to 60°C. >오랫동안 국회는 국민들의 비난의 대상이었으며 대통령의 영향력 하에 놓여있었다. 권력분립을 기본으로 하는 대통령제에서 정치발전을 위해서는 행정부를 견제할 수 있는 국회의 위상강화가 반드시 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 국회의 정상화를 위한 방안 중 하나로 국회의장의 권한강화를 다루고 있다. 국회의장이 대통령에 의해서 결정되는 과거의 상황에서 국회의장은 독립적 권한을 가질 수 없었으며, 대통령의 의지를 국회에서 실천하는 종속적 위치에 있었다. 그러나 15대 국회 후반기부터 국회의장의 자율성이 확보되면서 그동안 국회운영의 고질적 문제로 지적되었던 날치기 통과가 거의 사라지는 등 국회정상화에 진일보하게 되었다. 이 논문에서는 국회의장의 권한강화를 위한 몇 가지 방안을 제시하고 있다. 첫째로 국회의장의 임기를 2년에서 4년으로 늘리며 경쟁을 통한 국회의장을 선출을 제시한다. 둘째, 국회법에 규정된 국회의장의 권한을 적극적으로 해석하여 국회가 파행으로 접어들지 않도록 국회의장이 역할을 할 수 있는
