연구실 소개

이혜순 교수의 연구실은 주로 류마티스성 관절염과 당뇨병 등 자가면역질환의 유전적 기반을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 HLA 및 STAT4와 같은 유전자 다형성이 자가면역질환 발병에 미치는 영향을 다각도로 분석하며, 유럽계 인구에서 규명된 유전적 위험 요소가 한국인을 포함한 아시아 인구에서 동일하게 적용되는지 검증하고 있습니다. 또한, 유전적 연관성 분석과 함께 환경 요인(예: 흡연)과의 상호작용을 고려한 복합적 연구를 진행하고 있습니다.
