연구실 소개
박효정 교수의 연구실은 조직의 온라인 커뮤니케이션 전략과 공공관계 전략을 중심으로, 건강 기관이 소셜미디어를 통해 건강 정보를 효과적으로 전달하고 대중과의 유대를 형성하는 방식을 연구합니다. 특히 톤 오브 웨이브(대화체 vs 기업형 어조), 인간미 있는 커뮤니케이션, 브랜드 이미지 관리, 위기 상황에서의 대응 전략 등을 중심으로 분석합니다. 연구는 트위터, 페이스북, 블로그 등 다양한 플랫폼을 대상으로 한 콘텐츠 분석과 실험 설계를 통해 이루어지며, 조직-공공 관계의 질적 향상과 행동 의도 유도를 목표로 합니다.

The purpose was to examine the effects of auricular acupressure to relieve constipation in patients with breast cancer who were undergoing chemotherapy. Participants were 52 patients with breast cancer receiving chemotherapy at E University Hospital, Seoul, Korea, randomized into two groups of equal size.
