연구실 소개
류향주 교수의 연구실은 고형암, 특히 소견세포성 퇴행성 종양과 희귀 암에서의 표적치료 및 면역치료의 유효성과 기전을 탐구하고 있습니다. 주로 말초소엽성 흉선암, 희귀 흉선암, 피부 림프종 등에서의 분자표지자 및 면역세포 침윤 패atters를 분석하며, 약물 조합 치료의 임상적 성과를 평가하고 있습니다. 특히 VEGF, PD-L1, TGF-β 등 주요 신호전달 경로를 타겟으로 한 신약 개발 및 치료 전략 수립에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.

Malignant gastrointestinal neuroectodermal tumor (GNET) is a very rare disease entity, especially in the esophagus.
