김형관 교수의 연구실은 건설현장의 실시간 상태 모니터링과 효율성 향상을 목표로, 비전 기반 객체 인식, 장비 운영 최적화, 환경 영향 평가 등 첨단 기술을 융합한 스마트 건설 기반 기술을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 딥러닝 기반의 객체 탐지, 증강현실을 활용한 시뮬레이션 시나리오 개발, 그리고 시공 단계별 프로젝트 진행률 자동 분석 기술이 핵심 연구 방향입니다. 또한 장기적 복합 대형공사의 성공 요인과 온실가스 배출량 예측 프레임워크 개발을 통해 지속가능한 인프라 구축을 위한 종합적 접근도 전개하고 있습니다.
